The process of making prototype model mainly includes the following aspects:
(1) From the perspective of industrialization: hand plate is the process of transforming the pattern of industrial design into the real sample.

Now most of the hand plate is used in CNC machining center, the detailed production process is as follows:
I. Programming: the programmer analyzes 3D data and writes the programming language of the control CNC machining center;
2. CNC machining: input the program language into the computer control machining center and execute program commands;
3, manual processing: sort out the processed products. The main contents include: proofreading data, clearing rough edges, bonding, polishing and so on;
4, surface treatment: complete all kinds of surface effects in the effect drawing, commonly used for spray painting, screen printing, electroplating, special radium carving, anodic oxidation, wire drawing, etc.;
5, assembly: after processing is the assembly problem of data detection, need to be in the surface treatment before the trial assembly;
6. Packaging: packaging of the product after final quality inspection;
